Also, our prices are in US Dollars which is advantageous if you are paying in Euros, Pound Sterling or other currency that have risen against the US$.

About our pre-designed Vacation Packages:
They are the best value you can get for the featured hotels. They are priced in US Dollars and include the return air from Los Angeles. If you are buying your own ticket and do not need the international air you can still use the package in exactly the same way. Deduct US$400 per person from the package cost.

Custom Packages:
We can create the perfect customized itinerary for you and advise you on the best hotels for your needs and budget. Ask us!

Making your booking:
When you are ready to book, we will email you a booking form with a credit card authorization for US$250 per person for a deposit on your reservations. Once your reservations have been confirmed as you requested, hotels and airlines will not refund this deposit.

Upon confirmation of your reservations, we will email you a detailed itinerary and an invoice reflecting your deposit and the balance due.

The Final Payment (all costs are in US Dollars)
Final payment in US Dollars must be received 45 days prior to departure. The preferred payment method is via wire transfer from your bank to our bank. This is a simple procedure (we will give you all the bank information).
We also accept final payment with a credit card, but the cash discount of 3% will not apply (add 3% to package cost).

Your Tickets and Documents:
They will be sent via International FEDEX to your address about 2 to 3 weeks before departure. The packet will include all your tickets, hotel, meals and excursion vouchers as well as all the contacts and info you need while in French Polynesia.

Your International Flight: (we can only sell tickets departing from Los Angeles/JFK to Tahiti and return):
- If you come from Europe or the Middle East, you need to buy your own air ticket from your city to Los Angeles where you will then take our flight to Tahiti.
- If you come from South America, you can go through Los Angeles or buy your ticket from Santiago to Tahiti. We will provide all the land arrangements from your arrival in Tahiti.
- If you come from Asia or Australia, you can buy your ticket from Tokyo to Tahiti of fly through New Zealand to Tahiti. We will provide all the land arrangements from your arrival in Tahiti.

Additional Costs:
Beyond the costs stated with each package you will incur US$20 for the wire transfer and US$55 to send the document via International FEDEX.

Passports and Visa:
You need a valid passport, and depending on your nationality you may need a visa for entry into Tahiti (None for the EU countries - see "Practical Info" page). Visitors Visas are given by the French Consulate in your country. You will need to show proof of your booking. There are no resident/work visas given.
